Feedback

I was smoking too much during lockdown, I had a cough and I decided to stop rather than cut down.

I had tried to quit myself before but only lasted about 2 weeks, when I was in hospital my doctor asked me about my smoking status, and offered advice and a referral leaflet which she told me to bring to the pharmacy.

The pharmacy service was great. First class. My pharmacist was phoning me to see how I was doing every week, and all the staff were brilliant, they were always there when I needed them.

I’ve been smoke-free for over 3 months, my cough has gone and I no longer need to hide smoking from my grandchildren.

It’s a great incentive for anyone who is wanting to stop smoking. I lifted the money I would have spent on smoking and put it away in the bank. It was amazing to see how the money added up.
