About
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme provides exercise and education for people suffering from respiratory conditions such as COPD and pulmonary fibrosis.
Initial appointments are conducted via a phone call with following options of information and booklets being sent out or classes in the community.
How to refer
Access to the service is through clinical referral; either from consultant, GP and/or Health Professional.
Face-to-face clinic appointments take place at University Hospital Hairmyres, University Hospital Monklands and University Hospital Wishaw.
Referral letters should be sent to ‘Pulmonary rehabilitation, Physiotherapy Department’ at the relevant acute site.
