The Lifestyle Management Course is for people with physical Long Term Conditions (LTC), who are finding it difficult to cope with day to day life.  This may involve a degree of anxiety, low mood or depression associated with their LTC.  The course brings together people who are living with LTCs to help them discuss and develop coping strategies designed to improve their ability to live life as well as they can despite limitations.
