There are lots of things you can do to stay healthy.
There are some things you can do to help keep yourself healthy and reduce your chance of breast cancer:

Being active
Being active in everyday life.
This includes walking more and sitting less.

Eating a healthy diet
Eating 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables per day and cutting back on processed foods.

Weight
Keeping to a healthy weight

Breastfeeding
Women who breastfeed are less likely to develop breast cancer than those who don’t
