About
We are a Physiotherapy Service working with adults who have a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy (with no Learning Disability)
We see individuals from 18 years of age onwards in the most appropriate place for them e.g. home, leisure facility etc.
Our aim is to make the most of a person’s ability to move and to facilitate improved quality of life
Our Physiotherapy Service can help with:
- Walking and Mobility issues
- Postural Management Advice
- Recommendation and request for suitable equipment
- Provision of appropriate exercise programmes
- Signpost to health promotion activities @NL Leisure and @SL Leisure
How to refer
Please download and complete our Referral Form, fill it out and email or print and send to the Physiotherapy Department.
