NHS Lanarkshire is holding a roadshow at University Hospital Monklands so the public and staff can get more information about the current consultation on the replacement or refurbishment of the hospital.
During the event, on August 16, there will be an information stall in the hospital restaurant, on the lower ground floor, between noon and 2pm, and at the main entrance between 2pm and 4pm.
Copies of the consultation document will be available, including a questionnaire that can be filled in and returned by Freepost.
Members of the Monklands Replacement/Refurbishment Project team will also be on hand to answer questions about the options for the future of the hospital.
The roadshow is the first in a series that will be held at Monklands, University Hospital Hairmyres and University Hospital Wishaw during the consultation, which runs until 15 October.
Detailed information about the consultation on the replacement or refurbishment of Monklands, including the dates of public meetings throughout Lanarkshire, is available at www.monklands.scot.nhs.uk.
