What is Nutritics?

Nutritics is a programme dietitians use for nutritional analysis of your daily food and fluid intake.

Why use it?

This tool allows your dietitian to provide you with a detailed assessment and tailor advice specific to you.

What is the Libro App?

As our patient, you will be assessing the Libro App to input your food and fluid intake over the agreed time period with the dietitian. Using the app allows you to input the data wherever you are.

Please follow the steps outlined below to access the app.

1. Send an email to the email address the dietitian provides you with.
2. On receiving this email, the dietitian will send you a link to download the Libro App from the app store
3. The first time you open the Libro App, you will need to enter a username and password which will remain your account details for duration of use.
4. A full detailed user guide can be assessed via the Nutritics Website on how to use the app and enter in your food and fluid intake.
5. Once you have entered the data for the required length of time, submit it to the dietitian who will then analyse the information and provide you with further support specific to you.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored on Nutritics secure servers. All communication between your computer and the server is encrypted. The server operator fully complies with all data protection standards.

Nutritics has a comprehensive disaster recovery plan in place that is regularly tested, so your data is always safe. Please contact us as support@nutritics.com if you wish to discuss this.
