Anti-Racism Plan
NHS Lanarkshire is beginning a vital journey – creating NHS Lanarkshire’s first Anti-Racism Plan – and we want you to be part of the change.
The Anti-Racism Plan reflects our values of Care and Compassion, Dignity and Respect, Openness, Honesty and Responsibility, and Quality and Teamwork.
Our goal is to become an anti-racist organisation and your views are essential in shaping how we get there.
The current draft Anti-Racism Plan outlines our proposed priorities and aims.
This plan will be built with, and for, the people of Lanarkshire, including our staff and patients.
We want to hear from you.
Please take a few moments to review the draft Anti-Racism Plan (attached) and share your thoughts on the following:
- Do you agree with our proposed priorities?
- Are we focusing on the right topics?
- What feedback do you have from a staff perspective?
- What feedback do you have from a patient perspective?
Please email your views to LAN.Anti-RacismPlan@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk
Your input will help define our approach and ensure our plan reflects the lived experiences and insights of those it affects most.
Thank you for helping us build a more inclusive and equitable future.
