   Or from the NHS Lanarkshire home page, https://www.nhslanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk, click on the 'Staff COVID-19 information' button located at the top of the page and then select the ‘Risk Assessment’ link in the ‘COVID-19 Risk Assessment’ box.
