In addition, please find below minutes from the meetings of the Board on 24 June 2020 and 30 June. These papers have been approved electronically by Board Members and are to be formally approved at the Board meeting on 29 July 2020.

In view of the current situation (COVID-19), and in line with social distancing advice, the Board are not meeting in the Boardroom at Kirklands Hospital on Wednesday, and will be meeting virtually.
