Primary Care Action Plan

In Lanarkshire, a dedicated Primary Care Improvement Team supports the delivery of the Primary Care Action Plan, using a combination of quality improvement expertise and project management.

With a mix of Improvement Advisor, Project Management, Information Analyst and Communications posts, the team is aligned to priority objectives and support the teams who are taking these forward.

The team is also responsible for the direct delivery of the Scottish Improvement Foundation Skills course, the Lanarkshire Quality Cluster Support Offer and the Lunchtime QI Sessions programme.
