NHS Lanarkshire and Kilbryde Hospice have set out their commitment to a new era of joint working to sustain the highest standard of equitable palliative and end-of-life care for patients.
The partners have worked together closely since the earliest days of the South Lanarkshire-based hospice.
This partnership approach is now more important than ever as palliative care services evolve to meet the needs and preferences of a growing number of patients and their families facing life-limiting illness.
That is why Kilbryde Hospice and NHS Lanarkshire have agreed new arrangements for even closer collaboration to chart the course to a new sustainable and equitable model of palliative care.
