Primary Care Improvement Team

In Lanarkshire, a dedicated Primary Care Improvement Team has been established to provide the drive required for the programme to meet its transformational aims, using a combination of both project management and quality improvement expertise.

With a mix of Improvement Advisor, Project Management, Information Analytic and Communication posts, the team is aligned to priority objectives and support the teams who are taking these forward.

The team is responsible for the direct delivery of the Primary Care Access Programme, the Scottish Improvement Foundation Skills course, the Lanarkshire Quality Cluster Support Offer and the Lunchtime QI Sessions programme.
