Annual Operational Plan

Annual Operational Plan (AOP) for 2019/20

The Scottish Government replaced Local Delivery Plans (LDP) with a more succinct Annual Operational Plan (AOP) in 2018/19. Our AOP was submitted for 2018/19 but was not formally signed off. Our AOP for 2019/20 was submitted to Scottish Government for approval on 7^th June 2019 and we were asked to publish this Plan by Scottish Government on 19 August 2019.

AOP Targets and Locally Agreed Standards

One of the differences between the two reports is that the LDP comprised some 21 Standards, while the draft 2018/19 AOP contained only 8 Targets.  The draft 2019/20 AOP contains some 12 Targets (11 of which were previous LDP standards).
