Members of the public are being invited to attend NHS Lanarkshire’s Annual Review on Thursday 5 November 2026.

The Annual Review will take place in the Lecture Theatre at University Hospital Hairmyres, with members of the public invited to arrive from 1.30pm.

Before the formal programme begins, there will be an opportunity to view posters and information stands and speak to staff about a range of NHS Lanarkshire services.

The Annual Review will provide an opportunity to hear about NHS Lanarkshire’s work over the past year, the progress being made across services and the organisation’s priorities for the year ahead.

The formal programme will begin with a welcome at 2pm, followed by Annual Review presentations from 2.05pm. A public question and answer session will take place from 2.30pm, with the event closing by 3.30pm.

Katharina Kasper, Chair of NHS Lanarkshire, said: “Our Annual Review is an important opportunity to reflect on the progress being made across NHS Lanarkshire and to look ahead to our priorities for the future.

“We want people across Lanarkshire to hear directly about the work taking place across our services and, importantly, to have the opportunity to ask questions about the issues that matter to them.

“The information stands before the review will also give people the chance to meet some of our staff and find out more about the wide range of work taking place across NHS Lanarkshire. I would encourage anyone with an interest in local health services to join us, either in person or online.”

Members of the public can attend the Annual Review in person or online via Microsoft Teams.

Anyone wishing to attend should email NHS Lanarkshire Board Secretary Jennifer Haynes at Jennifer.Haynes@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk . Please indicate if you will be joining in person or online and if you require any support to attend. A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will be present at the event. Online attendees will be able to view the review, but will not be able to speak or use the chat function on MS Teams.

Public questions for the Q&A session should be submitted in advance to Jennifer Haynes by 5pm on Wednesday 28 October. Members of the public can submit a question whether they are attending or not.
